Job summary

Rugby Architectural Building Products in Southern California is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and drive revenue in the territory. You will manage sales with a focus on service, visit current and potential customers, and work closely with branches and inside sales to optimize product mix and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years sales experience in outside/territory sales.
• Experience in construction or building materials industry preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong customer service skills; knowledge of DMSi Agility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell our products to current customers in the Southern California region with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
• Grow sales by adding new customers across the territory.
• Coordinate with branch and inside sales to optimize product mix and align sales efforts.
• Assist vendors' sales representatives as needed to satisfy customer accounts.
