Pacific Supply is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Representative to cultivate and expand our customer base in the building products sector. You will develop strong relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business within the construction community.

The role requires industry knowledge, clear verbal and written communication, and the drive to become an industry expert. Expect travel to customer sites and trade events; the position includes uncapped commission and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Develop strong relationships with existing customers and grow new business.
• Articulate product benefits and added value to customers.
• Strive to become an industry expert to improve customer relationships.
• Attend trade association meetings as required by management.
• Outside sales experience in construction or distribution is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Compensation includes uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Develops and builds strong relationships with current customers while pursuing and growing business with new customers.
• Clearly articulates to our customers the benefits of our products and added value of our services.
• Demonstrates the desire to become an expert in the industry in order to build better customer relationships.
• Attends trade association meetings as deemed necessary by management.
• Experience in outside sales in construction or a distribution center preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
