Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth within an assigned territory, identifying new opportunities and managing relationships to ensure project success on site. The role offers a base compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 with uncapped earnings and strong commission potential.

Remote work is possible when not in the field, with home office flexibility and opportunities to earn substantial incentives.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with high flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person sales calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating work with installation crews.
