Joshua Tree Experts in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Home Services Account Manager to own a territory, develop relationships with affluent homeowners, and sell premium outdoor property solutions.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, consultative selling, on-site inspections, and close collaboration with our office and production crews to ensure exceptional client outcomes. Previous CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in outside or account management sales.
• Able to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
• Flexible hours and local daily appointments.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: prospect, educate clients, and close high-ticket service contracts.
• Territory Management: prospecting, referrals, networking, and new business in high-end neighborhoods.
• Estimating & Proposing: on-site inspections, cost proposals, and timely estimates.
• Client Experience: follow-up after job completion to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Operational Partnership: coordinate with office staff and production crews to meet client expectations.
• Brand Ambassadorship: uphold company values and ethical standards.
