Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC client seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover Evansville, IN and surrounding markets. This hunter role targets architects, schools, parks, municipalities, and contractors, selling playgrounds and outdoor solutions. You will deliver dynamic presentations and manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Base salary $75,000 with Year 1 on-target earnings around $120,000 and Year 2 over $200,000, plus a company car, expenses, phone, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to schools, government entities (parks and recreation), contractors, or architects is preferred.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the RFP process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings within the territory to demonstrate value of products.
• Develop and deliver customized presentations to key decision-makers.
• Pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospects.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Stay current on product offerings and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure project execution.
