Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an outside sales professional to cover a dedicated Oregon territory in Hermiston. You will complete classroom and field training, then prospect and meet with business owners to present tailored insurance solutions.

You will build a portfolio of clients, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and enjoy a compensation package with draws, commissions, bonuses, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant sales or athletic experience.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing fees reimbursed).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to small- and medium-sized businesses in your territory.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and reservice existing clients.
• Record daily activity and contribute to team targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report to manager.
