Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Missouri's Springfield region seeks an entry-level outside sales professional to build a new book of business by visiting businesses in person, acquiring new clients, and retaining them. Qualifications

• Background check required, high level pre-employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; related sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls with businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and track activities.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with clients to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager; record daily activity.
