Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in our insulation and building products distribution division. You will manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and promote our brand with uncapped earnings.

The role requires 3-5 years of outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read construction drawings. You will travel up to 75% within a 250-mile territory and collaborate with a team focused on integrity and

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Understanding of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Independently manage existing customers and territory sales activity.
• Deliver engaging presentations and negotiate effectively, in writing and verbally.
• Process dealer orders and review system-generated acknowledgements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
