A-JAX Company, based in Ocala, FL, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow an established industrial supply territory. The role covers Ocala and Gainesville markets with potential Brooksville expansion, offering a base salary plus quarterly incentives.

You will manage existing accounts and win new business by visiting customers, understanding projects, and presenting practical product solutions. Previous field sales or inside sales in industrial distribution is welcome, with travel and CRM

Formación

• Two or more years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience in industrial distribution, fasteners, contractor supply, MRO, or related B2B environments preferred.
• Experience with contractors, manufacturers, or commercial/industrial accounts is valuable.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Territory management and in-person sales experience preferred.
• Strong listening, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using a CRM to document activity and manage opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand existing accounts through regular visits, attentive service, and follow-up.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory outreach.
• Learn customer operations, project requirements, purchasing habits, and product applications.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and support upcoming needs.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through quoting, follow-up, and closing.
• Coordinate responses to inquiries and RFPs.
• Build a weekly schedule balancing current accounts with new business development.
• Develop territory plans and strategies to support sales growth.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and support teams to address customer needs.
