Job summary

A-JAX Company is expanding its Jacksonville team with two Inside Sales Representatives to support industrial and commercial customers. You will help customers find products, manage quotes, and nurture relationships while coordinating with Outside Sales to grow existing accounts and win new business.

The role focuses on proactive selling, product knowledge, and CRM documentation. Everyday tasks include inquiries, quotes, follow-up, and collaboration with sales support to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in inside sales or related sales roles.
• Experience in industrial distribution or B2B environment preferred.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Comfort with outbound sales calls and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with questions, pricing, quotes, and purchasing needs.
• Develop existing accounts through regular outreach and follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and move opportunities toward a sale.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on orders.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales and support teams.
