Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Nampa, ID and surrounding areas.

This territory-based role emphasizes relationship-building with manufacturers, contractors, and OEMs, with a focus on growing your sales territory and delivering value beyond simple order taking. You will spend time visiting customers, identifying new opportunities, and presenting solutions from Copper State's broad fastener and industrial product lineup.

Formación

• 2+ years of Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Account Management or related sales experience preferred.
• Industrial, manufacturing, construction, MRO, fastener, safety or related product experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout your territory.
• Make regular customer visits, jobsite visits and prospecting calls.
• Grow sales and gross margin within assigned accounts.
• Prepare quotes, bids and proposals and follow opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Promote Copper State's extensive product offering and value-added solutions.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Branch Leadership to support customers.
• Monitor customer needs, market trends and competitive activity.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information in company systems.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, trade shows and industry events.
