Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.

• Willingness to obtain active Health & Life Insurance Producer license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to small- and medium-sized businesses across industries.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio and referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
