Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an outside sales professional to cover a dedicated local territory. After classroom and field training, you will visit small- and medium-sized businesses, introduce industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions, and work with employees and groups to meet their needs.

You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and build a personal client portfolio while collaborating with your sales manager to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience is acceptable.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Cover a dedicated territory and conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and build a growing client portfolio.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team manager.
• Record daily activity and maintain client records in the CRM.
• Visit new businesses, follow up on referrals, and reservice existing clients.
