You will receive classroom and field training from seasoned trainers and will conduct in-person meetings with business owners to introduce industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to fit their employees' needs.

This role requires autonomy and resilience, with daily challenges to overcome.

Qualifications

• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings with owners and decision-makers.
• Visit new businesses and nurture client relationships.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
