Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover an assigned territory and drive customer sales activities. You will work with the sales and support teams to achieve revenue goals, maintain satisfaction, and advance long-term account objectives aligned with company strategy.

The role requires building relationships, managing an opportunity pipeline, and meeting quota for sales and gross margin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; outside sales exp. is valued.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong time management and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive attitude and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to set targets and opportunities.
• Maintain and grow an opportunity pipeline in the CRM.
• Manage accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive YoY growth.
• Travel to customer locations as required and present proposals.
