Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an outside sales representative to grow a defined territory and strengthen customer partnerships across the region. You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals, manage accounts, and deliver solutions that fit customer needs.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on long-term account growth within Woodgrain’s broad product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Outside sales experience of at least 1 year.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to travel and have a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
• Develop prospects, generate proposals, and close deals.
• Maintain CRM with current account information.
• Collaborate with regional team and managers to optimize opportunities.
• Travel as required for customer meetings and events.
