Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of outside sales reps, driving profitable sales within a geographic region. You will coach the team, manage performance, and collaborate across functions to meet annual budgets and margins.

Ideal candidates will have a business degree and 2+ years of management experience, plus strong skills in leadership, communication, and strategic planning. Travel will be significant (50–60%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred with management experience.
• Must be able to lead a team of outside sales reps and travel 50-60%.
• Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outside sales team to drive revenue and margins within a region.
• Coach and develop the sales team through regular 1-on-1s and field rides.
• Manage territory performance and optimize the sales process end-to-end.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance to improve results.
• Build relationships with key accounts and drive new business opportunities.
