Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Saco, ME area to drive distribution millwork sales within an assigned territory. You will work with the sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, profitable revenue generation, and long-term account goals aligned with company strategy and values.

The role emphasizes meeting and exceeding sales goals, prospecting new customers, and presenting solutions that add value to customer needs within a dynamic building products

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to develop and manage a defined sales territory.
• Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to set targets and opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new customers that fit our profile.
• Educate customers on features, benefits, and solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and transition plans to customers.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and coordinate with national accounts.
