Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; report it weekly to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
