Job summary

Executive Recruiting Associates, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Chicago area—from I-55 to Rockford and western/northern suburbs to the Wisconsin border.

Base pay is $70k-$80k plus commissions, a vehicle allowance, and full benefits. The territory currently generates about $2 million with a second-year quota of $2.5 million; ideal candidates have 3–7 years in sales and a background in pumping systems or fluid handling.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of sales experience required.
• Background in pumping systems, bypass, fluid handling a plus.
• Demonstrated outside sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts plus business development of new accounts.
• Call on construction contractors, industrial clients, municipalities, and environmental companies.
• Target sectors include dewatering, bypasses, irrigation systems, and industrial fluid handling.
• Territory management with a $2M current generation and growth toward $2.5M annual quota.
• Demonstrate a proven outside sales track record to achieve quotas.
