Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand an existing territory in a high-demand market. You will leverage cold-calling and closing skills to grow the customer base and contribute to the company’s national branding.

You’ll develop sales plans, manage accounts, and work with a strong team to deliver rental solutions from pumps to scaffolding. A 4-year degree or 3–4 years sales experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or 1+ year related sales experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build positive customer relationships
• Visit all customers within a five-week cycle
• Coordinate and participate in strategic entertainment of customers
• Complete administrative duties including Sales Plans and Sales reports
• Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate customer records
• Coordinate with Marketing, Profit Center Manager and Rental Manager regarding new equipment, equipment availability and rental programs
