Job summary

Louisiana Cat is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Bossier City territory. You will drive outside sales of CAT equipment management solutions, act as a consultative resource, and collaborate with management to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

A bachelor’s degree and CRM/Salesforce experience are preferred. You will travel the territory, build relationships with new and existing customers, and leverage company benefits and training programs to grow your

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• Strong technical, mechanical, and business aptitude.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• 2–3 years outside product sales experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Caterpillar product lines is strongly desired; heavy equipment knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambitious sales professional for customer accounts in your defined territory.
• Pursue and close sales transactions in the territory.
• Become a subject matter expert on customer financing, licensing policies, warranty registrations, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales Management/GM to set sales goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Attain sales targets by maximizing loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide detailed sales reports and invoices to Louisiana Cat Management.
