Job summary

Louisiana Cat in Reserve, LA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the River Parishes. You will sell CAT equipment management solutions and build strong relationships within your territory.

This role mixes hunting and consultative selling, requires travel, and collaboration with management to set targets. A Bachelor's degree and CRM experience are preferred; CAT product knowledge is highly valued. Relocation within Louisiana may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or related field required.
• Strong technical, mechanical and business aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is preferred.
• Knowledge of CAT product lines is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales professional for customer accounts in the River Parishes territory.
• Pursue and close sales transactions with customers in the defined territory.
• Become expert on customer financing, licensing, warranty registrations, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to set monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Attain sales targets by maximizing loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide detailed sales reports and invoices to Louisiana Cat.
