Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC in Augusta, ME is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to identify and pursue new business, educate contractors, remodelers, and builders on our products and services, and drive sales through effective prospecting and relationship management.

You will manage a territory with 8–10 daily appointments, use Salesforce for activity reporting, and enjoy uncapped commissions, a company car and modern tools to help you grow your customers’ businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory management and B2B outside sales, focused on new business development.
• Experience with CRM to manage and track sales activity (Salesforce).
• Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8 – 10 daily sales appointments.
• Meet face to face with contractors, remodelers, and builders to educate them on products and services.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, offering solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
