Job summary

Lansing Building Products LLC in Seattle is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to prospect, educate contractors, remodelers, and builders on our products and services, and to meet and exceed sales targets.

You will manage a territory with a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 plus uncapped commission, and an on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000-$150,000. A company car, laptop, cell phone, and tablet are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in territory management, B2B outside sales, with a focus on new business development.
• Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activity.
• Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8 – 10 daily sales appointments.
• Customer Meetings: Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services, demonstrating the value and benefits for their organization.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions
• Sales Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
