84 Lumber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand the customer base and drive sales at multiple locations. You will build relationships with new and existing clients, understand product needs, and demonstrate solutions to meet those needs.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, territory growth, and maintaining detailed sales records while contributing to overall store success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify product or service needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrates functions and utility of products to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves issues post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers about new products and services.
• Keeps detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, and potential problems.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
