Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new book of business through on-site client visits and direct outreach. You will work with a driven team to present supplemental insurance products to small and mid-size businesses, develop relationships with owners and decision-makers, and meet weekly and quarterly targets.

Training is provided to acquire necessary licenses and skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales role requiring proactive client outreach.
• Must be able to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses.
• Utilize CRM to curate leads and track activities and results.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit to the sales manager each week.
• Record daily sales activity updates at the end of each work day.
