Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding with an entry-level outside sales role in a new Texas territory. You will perform in-person sales calls to acquire and retain clients, working with a dynamic team of supplemental insurance producers to drive growth.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and contribute to a growing book of business while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related sales experience.
• Active driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with owners.
• Meet with sales manager and team to set targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report activities daily.
