Job summary

WOC Energy is seeking a field-based sales professional to own an end-to-end commercial pipeline across PA and NY. You will prospect, visit job sites, and strengthen referral relationships while collaborating with a Regional Sales Manager on deal strategy.

You’ll manage multi-site territories, forecast in Salesforce, and advance deals from discovery to close, with base pay starting at $65,000 plus a strong commission plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside or field sales experience closing new business.
• Proven track record of managing a pipeline and closing complex deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Experience prospecting and generating your own leads.
• Ability to manage a geographic territory independently and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM tools to track pipeline and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities through outbound prospecting and in-person visits.
• Establish 5–10 active referral relationships in priority verticals (builders, HVAC contractors, property managers).
• Accurately manage deals and activity in Salesforce with clear next steps and forecast visibility.
• Progress multiple deals into late-stage conversations with support from the Regional Sales Manager.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from first contact through close.
