Job summary

True North Group seeks an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer in the Tacoma area to lead in the field and mentor new agents. You’ll build your own client base, present to groups of employees, and coach others through role-plays, calls, and field training.

This hybrid role blends sales leadership with hands-on development and ongoing client relationships. You’ll grow a high-performing team while expanding your own book of business, with leadership training, commissions, and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or leadership
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce)
• Coachable attitude and desire to help others win
• Strong time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to assess needs and propose tailored benefit plans
• Deliver engaging employee benefit presentations
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage questions
• Shadow and train new reps; provide ongoing coaching
• Help reps track progress and set weekly activity goals
• Collaborate with manager to build a high-performing sales team
• Grow your own book of business while guiding others
