Job summary

Granger Waste Services is seeking a field-based sales professional to cover the Jackson/Battle Creek territory. You will build lasting relationships with local businesses and municipalities while driving revenue growth, retention, and strategic account development.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting waste and recycling solutions, and closing service agreements. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 3+ years in outside sales and travel flexibility to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business in Jackson/Battle Creek territory.
• Meet with owners and municipal leaders to present solutions.
• Present customized waste and recycling solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements and close deals.
