Job summary

PuroClean of Burlington is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to develop and grow commercial relationships with property managers, apartment complexes, and local businesses. This field-based role focuses on long-term accounts and becoming the go-to vendor for emergency restoration services.

The position offers a base salary of $55,000 plus 5% commission on gross revenue, with realistic total earnings of $80K-$120K+ depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or B2B/service sales is required.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong networking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property managers, multi-family complexes, and building maintenance managers.
• Generate new business through in-person visits, networking, and follow-up.
• Develop and manage your own book of business and territory.
• Represent PuroClean at local networking events and industry groups.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
