Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative in Alabama to introduce supplemental insurance solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. The role includes comprehensive training and autonomous territory management.

You will engage decision-makers, deliver product showcases to groups, and build a growing client portfolio across the territory, with a focus on independence and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) and license fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs with potential clients.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and hit sales targets.
