We provide comprehensive training and Salesforce CRM support. This is a performance-driven role with weekly draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as you build your own client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales/athletic background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Personally visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Present products to business owners, benefits managers, and groups as needed.
