Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Residential Sales Representative to call on homeowners and builders in the Boston area from Rockland, MA.

You will promote door and related products, present samples, read blueprints, and build long-lasting contractor relationships. The role requires two years of outside sales to homeowners or general contractors, a valid driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years outside selling experience to homeowners and general contractors.
• Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable).
• Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.
• Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software
• Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
• Build solid, long-lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
• Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
• Other duties as assigned
