Job summary

Schindler Group in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Territory Operations Manager – Modernization to oversee modernization activities in the region and lead a team of field superintendents and project managers. You will collaborate with the Modernization Sales team to pursue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in elevator services or related fields, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or technical leadership experience in the elevator industry or another service-oriented business.
• 5-7 years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another service-oriented
• Ability to understand financial statements; legal awareness to contract terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan in support of the territory’s financial and non-financial objectives and support the implementation of territory modernization operations initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers and influential industry consultants.
• Lead and mentor a team of modernization-focused Field Superintendents and Project Managers to meet financial targets and KPIs.
• Provide training and performance management for field technicians and ensure safety and productivity.
• Coordinate with Product Line teams to address operational challenges and ensure project profitability.
