Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations across the territory.

This role requires frequent in-store visits, promotional display setup, documentation of execution, travel across markets, and onboarding of new merchandisers.

Qualifications

• EHigh School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets and lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally over 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos and systems.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by the DM/RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and onboarding of new merchandisers.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Stay safe and compliant while performing required physical activities.
