Job summary

Electromed Inc. is seeking a Clinical Area Manager to drive prescription referral growth across Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska. You will meet with physicians, clinics, and hospitals to educate on HFCWO therapy and expand referrals.

The role requires 2–4 years in medical sales, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Travel is up to 30–40%. This remote/in-the-field position offers base salary plus uncapped incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant and equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of medical sales experience, strong understanding of healthcare and/or business experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Travel: up to 30-40% depending on location.
• This is a remote/in-the-field position and candidate must reside in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face sales calls on physicians, therapists, patients and administrators in the CAM's assigned territory.
• Analyze referral pattern and prioritize opportunities; create efficient zones within the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with top referral sources to increase volume and meet needs.
• Use consultative selling to engage new referral sources and uncover unmet needs.
• Complete paperwork and documentation in a timely manner and collaborate with management.
