Job summary

Electromed Inc. is seeking a Clinical Area Manager to drive prescription referral growth in Washington, northern Idaho, and Alaska. You will conduct consultative, in-person meetings with physicians and healthcare professionals to expand referrals and revenue within assigned territories.

The role requires 2–4 years of medical sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 30–40%. Remote/in-the-field position; territory-based responsibilities ensure growth across pulmonology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of medical sales experience; healthcare knowledge.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.
• Remote/in-the-field position; reside in assigned territory.
• Prior airway clearance therapy experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive prescription referral growth through face-to-face meetings with physicians, clinics, and hospitals in WA, ID, and AK.
• Develop customer-level account plans based on referral patterns and opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with top referral sources to increase volume and referral quality.
• Engage new referral sources with consultative selling and identify unmet needs.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve territory goals.
