Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in New York to support experienced sales staff, assist with clinical procedures, and help grow the territory. The role involves engagement with healthcare professionals and a strong focus on customer education and product knowledge.

The position offers field-based exposure, travel up to 40% of the time, and a path for career development within our Surgical Technologies portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including customer sites and facilities.
Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.
Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff for proper product use and positive experiences.
Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
Track sales and territory activities and support reporting requirements.
Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and assist with account development.
