Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Upstate NY Surgical Technologies. The role supports territory growth, assists with clinical procedures and product evaluations, and educates staff to ensure optimal product use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
