Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth and customer engagement across varied settings. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.
• 1+ year in outside sales or related customer-facing role.
• Experience in healthcare or medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations and clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper use and positive experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
