Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Michigan to support territory growth, assist with clinical procedures, and engage with healthcare professionals. You will partner with an experienced Sales Representative, helping with customer accounts and product education in operating rooms and clinics.

This field-based role offers exposure to medical devices, sales processes, and account management, with travel across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in OR, office, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
