Job summary

Tactile Medical, a leader in at-home therapy devices, seeks an Associate Territory Account Manager to drive device adoption and educate physicians, clinicians, and patients on clinically proven lymphedema treatments.

You will conduct full-cycle sales, perform in-home product demonstrations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to surpass sales targets. This role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales—prospecting, meetings, demos, servicing and follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and clinicians to raise awareness of Flexitouch System.
• Provide in-home demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
• Support sales strategy execution to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Educate customers on disease states, treatment protocols, and reimbursement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
