Job summary

Tactile Medical in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Medical Device Sales Associate Territory Account Manager to sell at‑home therapy devices and educate physicians, clinicians, and patients on our products for lymphedema and related conditions.

The role requires building relationships with healthcare professionals, performing in‑home demonstrations, and collaborating on sales strategies to achieve targets while adhering to regulatory requirements. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years).
• 1+ years of outside sales/inside sales experience OR
• 2+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR
• 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in services, closing and follow‑up).
• Work with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical
• Provides in‑home product demonstrations on our devices for patients and assist them with questions
• Assists the Territory Account Manager with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Assists in providing customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc
