Job summary

Tactile Medical designs at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema and related conditions. The Associate Territory Account Manager sells our medical devices and educates physicians, clinicians and patients about the clinically proven products that improve quality of life for lymphedema patients.

Responsibilities include full-cycle sales, in-home demonstrations, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to exceed sales goals, while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years).
• 1+ years of outside sales/inside sales experience OR
• 2+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR
• 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and meetings, product demos, in-services, closing).
• Educate physicians, clinicians and patients on the Flexitouch System and related products.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
• Support sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
• Assist with training and education on disease state, reimbursement, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
