Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Medical Device Sales Associate Territory Account Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will educate physicians, clinicians and patients on our devices and conduct full-cycle, consultative sales with product demonstrations and in-home visits.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of outside/inside sales or clinical experience, with the ability to travel within the territory. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4 years combined education/work experience required.
• 1+ years of outside/inside sales experience OR
• 2+ years of patient-facing clinical experience OR
• 1+ years of patient-facing or sales support experience with Tactile Medical.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, meetings, product demonstrations, in services, closing and follow-up).
• Educate physicians, clinicians and patients on the Flexitouch System and other products.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
• Assist with sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Provide customer support through training on disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement, etc.
• Comply with HIPAA and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
