Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Medical Device Sales Associate Territory Account Manager to expand adoption of our at-home therapies. You will educate physicians, clinicians and patients on the Flexitouch system and other devices that help lymphedema and related conditions.

Responsibilities include full-cycle sales, product demonstrations in clinics and homes, developing territory plans, and collaborating with care teams to meet monthly and quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience (4 years).
• 1+ years outside/inside sales experience or 2+ years patient-facing clinical experience or 1+ years in sales support.
• Preferred: outside sales with in-person product demonstrations.
• Clinical experience with lymphedema patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle consultative sales including prospecting, meetings, demos, selling and follow-up.
• Educates physicians, therapists and clinicians about the Flexitouch System and products.
• Provides in-home product demonstrations and assists patients with questions.
• Assists in sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Supports customers with training on disease state, treatment protocols, and reimbursement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Other duties as assigned.
