Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Territory Representative for Stamford, CT. The role drives surgeon engagement, builds referral networks, and works with the team to meet sales quotas while supporting in-OR cases as needed. Base salary and monthly variable pay align with quarterly performance, with stock supplemental pay.

The candidate should have 3+ years in medical device sales, preferably in orthopedics or pain management, and strong communication skills to grow SI joint awareness locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales leadership in high-growth medical devices or pharma.
• Experience in orthopedics or pain management is desired; spine is a plus.
• Strong relationships with local physician groups and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with surgeon customers and employees.
• Assist Territory Manager in meeting or exceeding quota on a consistent basis.
• Manage all travel and entertainment expenses per policy and within regional budget guidelines.
• Establish and manage referral channel networks; utilize leads to identify physicians and patients.
• Work with sales management to support educational activities to raise awareness of SI joint options.
• Provide reporting materials and communicate effectively to the Territory Manager and Sales Management Team.
• Manage implant shelf life and instrument sets; return damaged or expired product to SI-BONE.
• Support the SI-Bone Quality System.
