Job summary

LymphaCare is a specialty medical device company based in Massachusetts seeking a Territory Manager to grow the assigned territory by securing new business, managing accounts, and delivering high-level service to clinicians and patients.

You will train customers, provide product support and reimbursement assistance, manage the sales cycle from lead to delivery, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement market strategies, with frequent domestic travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Ability to drive a vehicle and pass background checks.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and provide ongoing support for LymphaCare products.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop trusted partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders within the territory.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Referral Sources, Clinical Field Trainers and Customer Care team.
• Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery and maintain client relationships.
